This research work is devoted to the issue of studying key risks switching renewable energy sources. The relevance topic determined by fact that, according climatologists [5], climate change, which has a negative impact on environment, caused emission greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2). For this reason, measures prevent or reduce gas emissions are at heart transition. International treaties Kyoto Protocol and Paris Agreement lay foundations for global action combat change implement fourth transition characterized number incentives barriers. Despite that there many scenarios development sector 2050, expected transformations market lead significant redistribution ratio shares hydrocarbon sources [16]. trend towards fossil fuels rise. These in not only agenda, but also concept sustainable economic development.
